Hi. Nuts has its own benefits to our body. How many among us, women take nuts as daily tidbits or for snacking?

Nuts has low calories, so it is good for anyone who is on diet. But still, you need to control your nuts intake, never overeating.

And nuts has its own goodness, and easy to buy in the supermarket. However, it is a bit pricey (in Malaysia) since the listed nuts below is imported from oversea.

In my place, walnuts, cashew and almonds priced at RM6.50 for every 80grams! Sounds expensive for me.

But I still bought it once in a while for my snacking.

    I like cashews. I like the tastes and the texture a bit soft but crunchy and not brittle. I never tried Brazil nuts, so I have no idea what's it taste like.
