 The Basic Principles of the Mediterranean Diet

  • Eat more vegetables
  • Consume more fish
  • Eat fruit for dessert
  • Take whole grains, legumes and nuts
  • Use olive oil abundantly - this oil is quite costly in my place
  • Consume less red meat
  • Use herbs and spies for flavor - I love thymes and parsley


What is the Mediterranean Diet?

  • Eating lots of fruits and vegetables, beans and nuts, healthy grains, fish, olive oil, small amounts of meat and dairy and of course with daily exercises too. 
  • Flavoring food with herbs and spices instead of salt

Are you in a mode of weight loss? If yes, what's your strategy to lose weight?

I am trying to lose weight, still fine tune what's the best for my body in losing weight.

Lacking discipline is the major disaster I fail to lose some kilos previously.

And I am back with lots of courage to cut all these fats hanging underneath my skin.
