ReplyDeleteBetul banyak khasiat telur ni. Dulu ada ex officemate saya, dia joint program slimming dengan satu slimming centre. Dia pernah di suruh untuk makan telur je untuk tempoh tertentu. Tak ingat dia ikut ke tak?tapi masa mula-mula dia macam bising jugak lah sebab kena makan telur je. hehe.
