A Cup Of Spinach A Day Can Make You Lose Weight

To lose weight, I believe we need to control our food intake and monitor the calories coming in to our body.

And the calorie consumed by us need to be burn as well. Hence we need right diet and exercise.

We can add food that aid in weight loss as well to speed up the process and spinach is one of a good option in reducing weight.

Just add one cup of spinach in your daily meal, it helps to shed those extra weight. Spinach is rich in insoluble fiber, and this insoluble fiber helps to keep the body feel full (kenyang) for longer and that's how it works to make you lose weight.

And if you have hypertension, try take spinach in your meal. The potassium in spinach plays a role in helping you to lower your blood pressure levels.

It helps in reducing the sodium effect , which sodium is the main reason for high blood pressure.



Ok, now need to go and buy my spinach and will include in my meal at least 3 - 4 times a week.
