Ayam pongteh versi mrs pip yang senang disediakan dan sedap dimakan

hello semua ....

hari tu time browsing2 asianfoodchannel.com mencari resepi simple dimple, terjumpa lah resepi ayam pongteh ni daripada chef sherson ... apa tu ayam pongteh? curious la mau tau pula, so check the ingredients dulu dlm resepi .... then mrs pip senyum lebar lebar ..................

why why why? ahaks! resepi dia sungguh la senang, so mmg mrs pip suka la bab2 resepi yang senang mau buat T_T ....


resepi ayam pongteh versi mrs pip

resepi ni senang ja, dah nama pun ayam pongteh, so kenalah ada ayam ok ... dan ekceli ayam pongteh ni ayam masak taucu la coz the main ingredient yang buat resepi ni tastylicious ialah campuran taucu di dalam masakan ayam tadi ...........

Ingredients

·         ½ kilogram potato (peeled and cut into wedges)
·         1 chicken (approx. 1.2kg) and cut into small pieces
·         150 grams shallot (finely chopped or blend)
·         100 grams garlic (finely chopped or blend)
·         1 cup oil
·         100 grams minced salted bean paste (taucu)
·         30 grams authentic gula melaka
·         1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
Method
1.      Heat up the wok 10 minutes prior to cooking.
2.      Sauté shallot and garlic with oil until fragrant, for about 12-15 minutes.
3.      Add salted bean paste and continue to stir for another 1 to 2 minutes on low heat.
4.      Add Gula Melaka and stir for another 3 to 4 minutes.
5.      Add chicken and potato together and stir for a few more minutes.
6.      Add sufficient water, stir well to make sure the gravy is not too thick or watery.
7.      Bring to a boil and continue simmering until the potatoes and chicken are tender and cooked, approx. 15 to 20 minutes.
8.      Lastly, add in dark soya sauce and leave it simmer for another 3 to 4 minutes.

p/s:
mrs pip guna bawang bombay, sebagai pengganti bawang merah, dan guna gula merah sebagai pengganti gula melaka coz tu ja yang ada di dapur mrs pip time tu ....
dan juga, once ayam tu dah masak, mrs pip matikan api, then potong daun sup kecil2 then tabur di dalam masakan dan gaul rata sebagai perasa tambahan .,.. ;))
