salam semua .... bulan oktober now! one more months, lil' Amin will turn 1 year .... huk huk, time goes so fast .... skip dulu cerita pasal lil' Amin *walhal dalam otak sedang berfikir how I want to celebrate his birthday* .... 

seriously, mrs pip bertambah tambah berat since puasa hari tu ... ni kes makan kek and makan cookies tak sedar diri *sila tampar muka untuk sedar diri* .... so, mrs pip bagitau mr.Husband yang mrs pip wanna diet ....

I AM ON DIET

hehehehe, mr.Husband yang sungguuh baik hati, layan ja la kehendak si isteri kan .... so, our plan ialah, let's reduce our meal ... so kitaorang pun start la dengan lebih mengambil banyak sayuran dan kurangkan nasi ... siap mr.Husband beli brown rice to mix with the beras biasa ... 

when mrs pip bagitau, maybe we should eat less for dinner, mr.Husband pun layan jaaaaa ... and guess what, siap mr.Husband belikan oat dan berry muesli *lap lap mr.Husband kalah dua point enam juta jibby* .....

a month now since kitaorang start our diet plan, dan mrs pip berjaya kurangkan 3kg .... ok, now next stage ni, mrs pip berharap can reduce another 2 kg in a month ... mrs pip aim untuk kurangkan 10 kg in total, tapi no rush rush hour la kan, so kita aim sikit sikit in a month can kurang ... mrs pip berharap by end of the year, mission accomplish gitewww ....
