Here is some of the list what water could help our body :-

2 glasses of water after waking activate internal organ
1 glass of water before a meal helps digestion
1 glass of water about an hour after meal (advisable don't drink during meal)

1 glass of water before going to bed avoid stroke and heat attack

  3. minum air suam ni salah satu cara nak sihatkan org yg positif covid19. ada dlm list apa yg hospital buat kpd pesakit.
    kebetulan, KPI aida separuh hari ni da capai, selamat dah habiskan 1 liter hingga jam 1 ptg. sebelah petang biasanya another 0.5 liter, mrspip. nak kasik elok badan, segar, kulit tak berjerawat dan pencernaan yg bagus :)
