Tips for Weight Loss : Follow The Egg Fast Rules

Eat minimum of 6 eggs per day

Eat one tablespoon of healthy fat (butter, mayo, coconut oil, etc ) per egg

Enjoy up to 3 ounces of cheese per day

Within 30 minutes of waking up, eat your first egg.

Eat an egg every 3 to 4  hours.

Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime

Add salt whenever you can (electrolytes are important!)

Condiments and spices are OK to add (hot sauce, pepper, paprika, etc)

Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

You can drink Diet Soda, but a maximum of 3 a day (if you asked me , I do not recommended diet soda)

Egg fast for a minimum of 3 days, and a maximum of 5 days (YES, try u to days, and later need to eat back as usual with low carbs diet for another 3-5 days, and back to egg fast diet again)


I have tried this EGG FAST when I was around 27 years old, and it is working for me, but please ensure you are in a good condition and have no side effect to take eggs as your main meal.

And ensure to get enough fibres for your body to avoid constipation as well.
