  1. sebenarnya memang kena disiplin diri untuk kekal sihat. Kalau diri sendiri tak bergerak alamatnya sakit pun senang la singgah. Diri sendiri jugak yg tanggung kalau tak sihat

  8. saya setuju part kita je tahu keadaan diri kita. kalau perlu bantuan pakar yes kita kena jumpa mereka dan tak boleh segan segan. mostly org mcm risau nak jumpa dr untuk mental health kan, tapi kalau perlu, yes have to go.
